To amplify the impact of the McDonald’s AAPI Scholarship Program, we created the brand’s first-ever fully AI-rendered commercials, transforming student photographs into emotionally powerful “living vision boards.” Rooted in the AAPI community’s deep emphasis on education and the financial struggles many families face, the campaign used AI-driven storytelling to bring scholarship recipients' journeys to life while maximizing production value on a limited budget. Originally planned as a single spot, the campaign’s innovative execution led McDonald’s to commission a second ad, both of which debuted in December 2024 to widespread acclaim for their cultural resonance and humanistic use of AI.
