The senseless killing of unarmed African Americans has shaken everyone at IW Group to the very core. It has also painfully reminded each of us that we must confront historical inequities, institutional racism, and classism head-on.
We firmly believe that diversity, inclusion, and respect for all are values we must embrace as an agency. However, diversity and inclusion will never be realized without properly addressing equity and full representation.
Recently, we launched an aggressive campaign to elevate public awareness over acts of hatred, bigotry, bullying, and racism against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders. It is our intent to stand alongside the Black community and elevate their voices by using the channels we have at our disposal.
We fully recognize that this isn't just a passing crisis impacting the Black community. It is a pervasive set of issues that each and every one of us must address in the days and weeks ahead.

We teamed up with community leaders, celebrities, and influencers to launch the #WashTheHate campaign to bring awareness to violence against Asian Americans and promote solidarity across all communities during this pandemic.
To showcase Lexus’ continued support for Asian American representation, we partnered with Character Media to put on the 18th Unforgettable Gala, the premiere awards ceremony celebrating Asian icons in Hollywood and beyond. With Lexus as the presenting sponsor, we co-branded the event and created a successful social campaign that highlighted Asian trailblazers.
Before the new Triple Breakfast Stack came along, McDonald’s had not introduced a new breakfast item to its customers since 2013. Six years is a long time. For millennials, it's an eternity. To launch the massive sandwich, we needed a massive idea. This came in the form of the very first Rise N’ Rave - an early morning dance party that excited early morning risers, influencers and the media.
We went crazy for this film and so did our outreach. Overseeing the Asian American experiential efforts for the film, we built advocacy and support by leveraging untapped opportunities.
Launching Flavors of Pride for Jack Daniel's at LA Pride 2018, meant festivalgoers became part of the experience promoting diversity and inclusion. Facial capture technology and projection mapping created a memorable video experience in a one-of-a-kind custom showtruck.
